HIIT Plus/ 60 min

The HIIT class you all love, now with light weights! This class will combine our classic HIIT class with light weight strength training to get an extra pump in addition to the cardio.

We will be using 2-5lb coated hand weights.

Weights will be incorporated for each exercise, but are always optional. Low impact modifications will be provided for each exercise.

Beat-based, heart-pumping, abs-toning, glutes-glistening workout class.

Combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles.

Muscle toning and cardio in a room heated to around 98 degrees.
Creates long, lean muscle mass while burning fat.

Strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.

Performed bare-foot on a yoga mat.

Movements are low impact, which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.
