In this 75 minute class, we will do all the postures - most we will do twice, a few we will do just once.
The HIIT class you all love, now with light weights! This class will combine our classic HIIT class with light weight strength training to get an extra pump in addition to the cardio.
We will be using 2-5lb coated hand weights.
Weights will be incorporated for each exercise, but are always optional. Low impact modifications will be provided for each exercise.
Bikram Original Hot Yoga (OHY) Class. The classic - 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40 percent humidity. This class is accessible to EVERY level - from beginner to yogis who have practiced for a long time.
