Everyone wears a mask
New York State guidelines currently require that everyone wears a mask the whole time, even when taking and teaching class. We have found this to actually not be a big deal. You definitely get used to it. And, we sell plastic mask guards at the front desk that go between your mask and your face, to keep the mask from getting stuck up against your face when you breathe.
We have mat spots designated that keep the students a minimum of six feet apart.
The showers are not available for use at this time.
Extra Safety and Sanitation Measures:
Your health and safety has always been our top priority. We pride ourselves on keeping the studio super clean and we have stepped it up even more!
- While being closed, we installed a brand new ultraviolet, virus killing system in the heating system – iWave. According to their website (www.iwaveair.com): iWave is an air purifying device that installs in any duct air conditioning system. When air passes over the iWave, ions produced by the device reduce pathogens, allergens, particles, smoke and odors in the air, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts. The iWave family of products have been proven through independent lab testing to significantly reduce a wide variety of pathogens in the breathing zone and on hard non-porous surfaces.
- This is an additional feature added to an already amazing, state-of-the-art heating system. Our heating system circulates air and brings fresh air into the yoga room. This is extremely helpful in exhausting out pathogens, allergens, and any unhealthy particles in the air.
Book Your Class Ahead of Time
We ask that everyone signs up for class before coming to the studio. That is because space is limited, and we don’t want you to come to the studio and get blacked out of class.
How to Book Classes:

The studio opens 15-20 minutes before each class.
This gives us time to clean and reduces the amount of time that people are interacting and congregating outside the yoga rooms before classes.
