I was visiting locally & popped in for a class this early evening. I’ve been practicing bikram for over 15 years and this studio was IMPRESSIVE! Super clean, great locker rooms, & nice people all around. I’ve heard a bazillion instructors say the dialogue … but never have I heard such an animated, engaging dialogue. Maurice was an awesome instructor - thank you. I’ll be back when I’m in the area again for sure Rachel

Truly great class! Came back after a looong time away. Really needed this but was nervous. Maurice hits all the cues for every pose and it keeps me out of my head. Always uplifting energy too! Felt fantastic after. This studio is always so clean and professional too. Love the filtered water refill fountain.

This is a great place!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and so clean you can eat off the floor. I can't imagine there is any yoga studio that is run nearly this well.

Place is well run and the instructor Maurice was amazing! After 10 years of yoga in NYC I was a bit of a yoga snob - but I have to say this place changed my mind! The experience at Sweat Central was better/cleaner/professional/top notch!

Enjoyable experience. Ginnet is a great instructor. This was my first time trying hot yoga and Ginnet gave me a full rundown of what to expect and how to move at my own pace.
